PETALING JAYA: Golden Plus Holdings Bhd (GPlus) has failed to submit its financial report for the first quarter ended March 31, 2012, as the company was still finalising the audited financial statements for the year ended Dec 31, 2010 and preparing the financial statements for the year ended Dec 31, 2011 for auditing.
The company's shares have been suspended from trading since Aug 3, 2009.
De-listing procedures shall be commenced against GPlus if the company fails to issue its first quarter 2012 financial report by end-November.
