KUALA LUMPUR: Permaju Industries Bhd's subsidiary has received an offer from Permanent Engineering Sdn Bhd to build a hypermarket which would then be leased to Mydin Mohamed Holdings Bhd.
It said on Friday that Hardie Development Sdn Bhd had received the letter of offer to build the hypermarket at its project, Princess Heights.
