Malaysia-Australia FTA to come into force January 2013

KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysia-Australia Free Trade Agreement (FTA), which was signed on Tuesday, will come into force on Jan 1, 2013.

The agreement covers trade in goods and services, investment, economic and technical cooperation and intellectual property rights among others.
