PUTRAJAYA: The Federal Court has granted leave to Ho Hup Construction Co Bhd to appeal against the Court of Appeal's decision on the development rights of over 60 acres of land in Bukit Jalil.
This decision thus elevates the much talked-about case in the corporate world to the Federal Court, which is likely to touch on matters such as how shareholders of companies can have more say over assets held by subsidiaries.
