KUALA LUMPUR: Asian markets were mostly higher in late morning on Thursday after the sell-off the previous day as as investors continued to remain cautious as concerns over Europe remained.
At 9.50am, the FBM KLCI was up 8.66 points to 1,544.70, buoyed by the buying of selected blue chips such as BAT and PPB. Gainers outpaced losers 329 to 139, with 249 counters unchanged.
