Asian markets mostly up in Thursday's early trade

PETALING JAYA: Regional investors seemed unfazed by the ongoing European debt crisis as Asian markets were mostly up in Thursday's early trade.

It was reported by AFP yesterday that Greece had raised the prospects of renegotiating a hard-earned rescue package after an election in which voters roundly rejected austerity measures, raising fresh doubts over the country's Eurozone membership.
