KUALA LUMPUR: The various initiatives under the next revision of the National Automotive Policy (NAP) is expected to create about 180,000 jobs in the local automotive manufacturing and after-sales sectors by the year 2020.
Malaysia Automotive Institute (MAI) chief executive officer Madani Sahari said human capital development was a prime focus within the new NAP, which, according to recent reports, will be tabled in Cabinet soon.
