PETALING JAYA: Rating Agency of Malaysia Bhd (RAM) executive deputy chairman Tan Sri C. Rajandram is calling it a day and will be replaced by Datuk Dr K. Govindan, currently deputy group chief executive officer and executive director of RAM.
Rajandram, 75, has served RAM for more than 20 years; he was appointed executive director and CEO of the country's first credit rating agency on May 1, 1991.
