PETALING JAYA: Diversified group Oriental Holdings Bhd
has proposed to form a joint-venture company via its 60%-owned subsidiary Teck See Plastic Sdn Bhd (TSP) with Japanese incorporated Kasai Kogyo Co Ltd.
In a statement, Oriental said both TSP and Kasai would jointly invest and participate on a 75:25 basis in the joint-venture company, Kasai Teck See (M) Sdn Bhd (KTSM).
