IJM sees record profit on better price, yield

PETALING JAYA: IJM Plantation Bhd is optimistic of another record net profit for financial year ending March 31, 2012 (FY11) when its nine-month results for FY11 exceeded its FY10 net profit.

IJM Plantation chief executive officer and managing director Joseph Tek Choon Yee told StarBiz that the biological-crop recovery had helped to push for better yield for the group as compared to FY10 when production had been affected by La Nina.
