Hiap Huat issues prospectus for ACE Market listing


PETALING JAYA: Hiap Huat Holdings Sdn Bhd has submitted a draft prospectus exposure to the Securities Commission (SC) for its flotation on Bursa Malaysia’s ACE Market.

The company is proposing an initial public offering (IPO) of 85 million shares, or about 25.5% of its paid-up capital. Five million of the shares will be offered to the public and the balance 80 million are for private placement. The offer price and the date of the IPO has yet to be announced.
