PETALING JAYA: The Securities Commission (SC) has appointed Nik Mohd Hasyudeen Yusoff and Foo Lee Mei to the management committee of the SC as executive directors effective Jan 1, 2012.
They will continue to remain as executive chairman of the Audit Oversight Board (AOB) and General Counsel of the SC respectively.
