Local bourse closed in the green

KUALA LUMPUR:The FBM KLCI closed stronger while other key Asian bourses were largely mixed against the cautious global economic atmosphere.

The local benchmark ended the day's trade higher at 1514.43 points, up 10.21 points or 0.68%. There were 467 gainers, 325 losers and 324 unchanged counters. 1.668bil shares were traded worth RM1.462bil.
