KUALA LUMPUR: Danajamin Nasional Bhd is partnering Malayan Banking Bhd
(Maybank) and OCBC Bank (M) Bhd to guarantee Silver Sparrow Bhd's RM515mil 10-year medium-term notes.
Danajamin chief executive officer Ahmad Zulqarnain Onn said in a statement that the company was pleased to participate in its first syndicated guarantee transaction, involving more than two guarantors.
