Gas Malaysia gets nod for Bursa listing

PETALING JAYA: Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd has approved the admission to the official list and the listing and quotation of all the issued and paid-up shares of Gas Malaysia Bhd (GMB).

Maybank Investment Bank Bhd, on behalf of MMC Corp Bhd, told Bursa Malaysia yesterday that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated Oct 31 (which was received on Nov 3), approved the admission to the official list and the listing and quotation of all the issued and GMB’s paid-up shares of RM642mil, comprising 1,284 billion shares of 50 sen each on the trading/services sector of the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
