PETALING JAYA: OSK Investment Bank Bhd has resigned as an independent adviser to Kinsteel Bhd's corporate exercise, citing that new developments had arisen which the bank believed would affect its ability to act as the independent adviser.
Kinsteel told Bursa Malaysia that the bank had resigned with effect from Thursday and TA Securities Holdings Bhd was appointed as the new independent adviser.
