PETALING JAYA: Amid a deteriorating global outlook, Bank Negara is expected to stay on the cautious side and keep rates steady at 3% at its monetary policy meeting today.
Citing their concerns over the indirect impact on Malaysia's trading position, economists and fund managers contacted said the central bank would probably consider the heightened risks in the external environment.
