Chong looks to improve PHD Malaysia staff

PHD Malaysia's newly promoted general manager Audrey Chong is looking to improve the skills set of its people and improve the chances of attracting more work.

“From my experience, one of the major internal issues for any agency is the mismatch between individuals and our clients' types of businesses. Although one of the beauties of the media industry is the exposure to a huge variety of businesses with many different objectives, not every category can be managed well by any individual in the company,” she tells StarBizWeek.
