Ogilvy emerges big winners in Cannes festival


CREATIVE agency Ogilvy & Mather Malaysia were big winners at the recent Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, but awards aren't everything, says group executive creative director Gavin Simpson.

“Awards aren't everything. If they were, I would have quit early in my career when my awards were few and far in between. What comes first is the passion for breakthrough work. At Ogilvy, we have this ingrained in the way we think and the way we behave for every account we work on,” he tells StarBizWeek.
