Waterco to invest RM5m on filters


SUNGAI BULOH: Waterco Ltd, an Australian public-listed swimming pool and water treatment company, through its Malaysian-wholly owned subsidiary, Waterco (Far East) Sdn Bhd, is set to invest RM5mil to produce the world's largest pressurised fiberglass filters within the next 12 months.

Chairman of Waterco Ltd Goh Soon Sinn said RM3mil from the total investment would cover research and development and cost of manufacturing while another RM2mil would be used for marketing purposes.
