PETALING JAYA: The meeting scheduled yesterday between the Malaysian Automotive Association, various automotive stakeholders and the Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Ministry to “iron out” issues regarding the controversial amendments to the Hire Purchase Act 1967 (HPA) has been postponed to next Thursday.
Bernama reported that minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob as saying that his ministry would announce its final decision on the amendments that day.
