IPSOS may not be as well-known in Malaysia as the more established market research agencies like Nielsen, TNS and Synovate, but it is just a matter of time.
The French research group has come to Malaysia relatively late, setting up its business in Kuala Lumpur only towards the end of 2010. However, it has hired someone with a very good knowledge of the market to head its local office - Steve Murphy.
