PETALING JAYA: Badriyah Abdul Malek, Energy, Green Technology and Water Ministry's under secretary for sustainable energy is tipped to be the chief executive officer (CEO) of Sustainable Energy Development Authority (Seda).
According to sources, Badriyah had been identified to assume the post in the governing body that would manage the feed-in-tariff (FiT) mechanism for renewable energy (RE) in the country. Seda will also manage and award licences for renewable energy players for the production of RE.
