KUALA LUMPUR: HELP International Corporation Bhd and Naza Education Sdn Bhd have set up a joint venture company, Symphony Haven Sdn Bhd, to establish and operate a college that specialises in offering courses in automotive and transportation management.
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia yesterday, HELP International Corporation said the focus would initially be in Malaysia with a view to expanding to Asean countries.
