PETALING JAYA: The Court of Appeal will today hear Primus (M) Sdn Bhd's appeal against a decision by the High Court which in April dismissed Primus' petition against the sale of assets by EON Capital Bhd (EON Cap) to Hong Leong Bank Bhd
(HLB).
The hearing for the appeal has been fixed until Friday but the decision date has not yet been determined.
