NEW YORK: Oil rose Tuesday after a sharp drop in the dollar and reports of pipeline problems in the Midwest.
West Texas Intermediate crude, the U.S. benchmark, added $2.11 to settle at at $102.70 per barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
