PETALING JAYA: The Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (ACCCIM) will organise a seminar on the “Succession of Family Business” on June 3.
The main objective of the seminar is to discuss the succession issues facing Asia’s family businesses.
ACCCIM National Council member cum chairman of legal affairs committee Michael Chai said case studies presented would be on the families of Sun Hung Kai Properties in Hong Kong, the Yung Kee Restaurant in Hong Kong and the Yao family in Shanxi, China, among others.
The seminar, will be opened by ACCIM president Tan Sri William Cheng, will feature among others Assoc-Prof Yupana Wiwattanakan-tang of the National University of Singapore.
