PETALING JAYA: Can-One Bhd
, via its wholly-owned subsidiary, Can-One International Sdn Bhd, is seeking a court declaration that the proposed bonus issue and renounceable rights issue of warrants by Kian Joo Can Factory Bhd (KJCF) are null and void.
In an announcement to Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the company said a statement of claim and writ of summons had been served on KJCF.
