PETALING JAYA: Bursa Securities has rejected construction firm Golden Plus Holdings Bhd’s application for an extension of two weeks for the submission of the company’s audited financial statements for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2010.
The company said in an April 29 filing to the stock exchange that it could not make a timely submission as certain adjustments needed to be made for a Shanghai-based subsidiary, among other reasons.
