THE Securities Commission (SC)'s rationale for imposing administrative sanctions against the controlling shareholders of two listed companies last year for their failure to conduct mandatory general offers (MGOs) was due to the presence of mitigating factors, sources close to the SC explained.
The companies involved are Nylex (M) Bhd and TRC Synergy Bhd.
