KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian AE Models Holdings Bhd's (Maemode) and its consortium partners have secured a contract worth US$33.8mil (RM107.7mil) from PT Kariangau Power from Indonesia.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Maemode said PT AE Material Handling Systems, a 99.92% subsidiary of AE Automotion (M) Sdn Bhd which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Maemode, had on Dec 16 accepted a contract works package awarded by Kariangau Power.
