Golden Plus served court order


PETALING JAYA: Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd has served Golden Plus Holdings Bhd (GPlus) with a sealed court order granted by the Kuala Lumpur High Court that directs the latter to appoint PriceWaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services Sdn Bhd (PwC) as the special auditor (SA).

In a statement, Bursa said the SA would undertake to review the affairs of GPlus and its subsidiary companies for the initial review period, which was from January 2006 to May 2010.
