It's hard to imagine what really drives CIMB Group boss Datuk Seri Nazir Razak. Or more specifically, as the single most influential person in the country's second largest financial institution, what doesn't drive him.
The bank is just fresh from releasing another record earnings for the third quarter of FY10 with special dividends to boot. The group's prowess in the banking sector largely lies in the bitterly-competitive investment banking space, having landed some mega mandates which will go down this year as the country's most major and memorable deals.
