IJM CEO Krishnan Tan to step down

PETALING JAYA: Datuk Krishnan Tan will step down by year-end as IJM Corp Bhd chief executive officer (CEO) and managing director. However, he would be redesignated as executive deputy chairman effective Jan 1.

IJM Corp told Bursa Malaysia yesterday that with Tan stepping down on Dec 31, Datuk Teh Kean Ming would be promoted to CEO and managing director effective Jan 1.

Meanwhile, Tan Gim Foo would be appointed deputy CEO and deputy managing director, and would cease to be alternate director to Datuk Goh Chye Koon, effective Jan 1.
