KUALA LUMPUR: Troubled Satang Holdings Bhd moved a step towards resolving its internal problems and uplifting the PN17 status of the company after new members were appointed to the board and the audit committee of the company.
The company announced Thursday night that Datuk Abdul Aziz Sheikh Fadzir, a supreme council member of Umno and chairman of Kretam Holdings Bhd
, and Datuk Rozabil @ Rozamujib Abdul Rahman, treasurer of Umno Youth and a board member of Viztel Solutions Bhd, were appointed to the audit committee of Satang and also as non-executive directors of the company.
