Integrax co-CEOs agree to resolve differences

PETALING JAYA: Amid the current dispute between Perak Corp Bhd (PCB) and Integrax Bhd, it is understood that brothers Harun (pic) and Amin Halim Rasip, the controlling shareholders of Integrax, have signed a settlement agreement to address their conflict with each other.

Sources said the settlement agreement would allow the brothers to split the 40% or so stake they jointly own and enable them to resolve their differences.
