FBM KLCI remains positive just before mid-day

KUALA LUMPUR: The FBM KLCI remained in positive territory just before the mid-day break, up 0.58 points to 1,491.60.

"There is a chance for the FBM KLCI to test the immediate resistance threshold of 1,495 once more as the benchmark index is expected to show a slight upward bias today," Hwang DSB told clients in a morning report. This comes against a backdrop of positive external sentiment, it added.
