Inix CEO, 2 directors quit


PETALING JAYA: Inix Technologies Holdings Bhd chief executive officer (CEO) Jimmy Tok Soon Guan and two other directors Mok Chin Fan and Cheong Kok Yai, who were charged by the Securities Commission on Sept 23 for authorising the furnishing of false statements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd and providing false information to Bursa Malaysia, have resigned yesterday.

The surveillance equipment manufacturer told Bursa Malaysia yesterday that it had appointed Azman Hussin to take over as CEO, and he was joined by two other directors, Mahfuzal Othman and Mohd Khasrol Arshad.
