What is ‘round tripping’ and why is the SC reviewing its use and disclosure?

PETALING JAYA: The Securities Commission (SC) will be conducting an industry review of the use and disclosures related to “round tripping” among listed companies, an SC spokesman said yesterday.

The SC alluded to this in a comment on its completion of a review of Mudajaya Group Bhd’s independent power producer project (IPP) in India.
