KUALA LUMPUR: Three directors of surveillance equipment manufacturer Inix Technologies Holdings Bhd were each charged with four counts of knowingly authorising the furnishing of false statements to Bursa Malaysia at a Sessions Court here yesterday.
Mok Chin Fan, Jimmy Tok Soon Guan and Cheong Kok Yai were also each charged with causing the issuance of the company’s prospectus dated July 29, 2005 which contained false information about its revenue.
