Meeting to discuss impact on water players


PETALING JAYA: An informal bondholders meeting of Selangor water concessionaire papers has been called by Malaysian Trustees Bhd on Sept 24 to discuss the impact of the current situation on water treatment operators’ cash flows and to find a course of action to be taken by the bondholders or lenders to resolve the situation.

Puncak Niaga Holdings Bhd in a statement to Bursa Malaysia said the meeting was for holders of debts issued by Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd, Puncak Niaga Holdings Bhd, Konsortium ABASS Sdn Bhd and Syarikat Pengeluar Air Sungai Selangor Sdn Bhd (Splash).
