Cypark en route for listing on Bursa


KUALA LUMPUR: Cypark Resources Bhd, an environmental engineering and technology services provider, had today held its underwriting ceremony for its forthcoming initial public offering on the Bursa Malaysia’s Main Market by early fourth quarter.

In a statement, Cypark said it had received approval from the Securities Commission to list its entire enlarged issued and paid-up share capital of 145 million shares which included public issue of 30 million new ordinary shares on Bursa. The ceremony today confirmed the underwriting of 10.25 million public issue shares of Cypark of which 7.25 million new shares will be offered to Malaysian public and 3 million new shares will be offered to the eligible directors, employees and business associates of Cypark.
