AASB receives 90% voting shares of M3nergy for proposed takeover


PETALING JAYA: Adamus Avenue Sdn Bhd (AASB) had received 90% of the voting shares of M3nergy Bhd on its attempt to take over M3nergy for a cash consideration of RM1.85 per share.

In a statement to Bursa Malaysia yesterday, M3nergy said the board had received a public release from Kenanga Investment Bank Bhd (KIBB) on behalf of AASB, informing that AASB had received valid acceptances under the offer resulting in AASB holding not less than 90% of the voting shares of M3nergy (excluding such shares that are already held by the offeror).
