PETALING JAYA: The High Court has dismissed the three applications by certain defendants to strike out statement of claim by Hop Hup Construction Bhd, with no order as to cost.
The three striking out applications according to Ho Hup in its filing to Bursa Malaysia yesterday were made by Pioneer Haven Sdn Bhd, Datuk Vincent Lye Ek Seang, Lim Ching Choy, Datuk Woo Thin Choy and Chong Kok Weng.
