PETALING JAYA: Top Glove Bhd and Tillotson Corp of the United States have reached a settlement whereby all claims in the action against Top Glove Sdn Bhd, TG Medical Sdn Bhd and TG Medical (USA) Inc (Top Glove companies) and any and all counterclaims in this action against Tillotson will be dismissed with each party bearing its own costs, expenses and attorney’s fees.
Top Glove told Bursa Malaysia that following this, the joint motion for dismissal of the Georgia suit between Tillotson and the Top Glove companies was filed in the US District Court for Northern Georgia on July 2.
