KUALA LUMPUR: Olympia Industries Bhd
has received a directive from Bursa Malaysia to conduct a second valuation on Menara Olympia and the adjoining leased car park, which it intends to dispose off via the sale of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Dairy Maid Resort & Recreation Sdn Bhd.
It said in an announcement to the local bourse yesterday that a professional valuer would be appointed by Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd upon such terms and conditions as might be stipulated by it.
