KUALA LUMPUR: Multi-Code Electronics Industries (M) Bhd
’s (MCE) wholly-owned subsidiary, Multi-Code Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd (MCT), has signed a sale and purchase agreement with LHH & Sons Sdn Bhd to purchase a factory land and building in Klang for RM9.45mil.
The acquisition will be financed by bank borrowings and internal funds, the company said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday. MCT is a manufacturer and assembler of automotive lightings.
