PETALING JAYA: The Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court had convicted Muhammad Khalid Ismail for criminal breach of trust (CBT) for misappropriating RM45mil of Koperasi Angkatan Tentera Malaysia Bhd’s funds.
The Securities Commission (SC) in a statement said that Muhammad Khalid, who was the director of Oasis Asset Management Sdn Bhd at the time that the offence was committed, was convicted for eight different charges.
