Analysts positive on F&N Holdings’ glass divestment plan


PETALING JAYA: Analysts are positive about Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd’s (F&N ) to divest its glass business for RM832.3mil, saying it will allow the group to focus on its core downstream beverage business and stop incurring interest cost.

Net proceeds from this divestment translates to RM2.17 per share.
