A SURVEY by the Federal Reserve (Fed) indicated that most banks in the US didn’t tighten lending standards during the first quarter, signalling a possible thaw in bank credit.
Quoting the Fed’s survey of senior loan officers, Bloomberg reported that the smallest proportion of banks in two years restricted standards on business lending.
